Hello, I’m a charming old girl, full of character and warmth, patiently waiting for someone to give me a little love and care. I sit proudly atop a sunny hillside, surrounded by lovely front gardens that bloom with charm. My inviting front porch is perfect for a swinging chair-imagine relaxing there on a warm afternoon, soaking up the sunshine.

Inside, I have some stories to tell. I once was a grand lady with 3 fireplaces – these days we find that one does the trick! I boast three bedrooms with a unique layout that gives me a cozy feel from olden times. My kitchen has witnessed countless family meals and laughter-filled gatherings, while my living room has been a playground for tamariki, all in front of my cozy fireplace that has kept us warm through many a winter’s night.

From my windows, I enjoy splendid rural views over Hikurangi Village. Out back, I have a huge shed, ready to house your projects or treasures. Downstairs, a versatile basement awaits, full of potential-an ideal space for a workshop, studio, or simply more room to dream.

I may need a little tender loving care, but with the right touch, I promise to be a welcoming home filled with stories, laughter, and aroha.
