A huge congratulations to Stephanie for collecting this year’s Rate My Agent award for the Northland Region
I thought that you might all like to know what it is like working with a ‘Rate My Agent’ regional award winner.
Firstly, a huge congratulations to Stephanie for collecting this year’s Rate My Agent award for the Northland Region. Rate My Agent is the award that reflects not only an awful lot of work, but it is work with a strong focus on customer service, professionalism, accuracy, and results.
Taking out the Northland award for the second time in a row is a true testament to consistency in all these things.
My first ‘tongue in cheek’ thought is that ‘I hardly know’ what it’s like working with her. She is working too fast and too hard for us to have that many interactions beyond the transactional. She is accurate and efficient, talks fast and moves fast, yet with attention to detail so there are very few errors. Our team loves getting her work in (and there is a lot of it!) because it is done right the first time. An attention to detail meaning that things only have to be done once has got to be part of a winning formula.
But when it comes to her time, amongst all of this Stephanie finds opportunity both inside real estate, and outside of it, to make a difference.
Outside real estate Stephanie supports various causes, in particular and close to her heart is the children’s charity Kind Hands. In a work sense, she makes time to participate, contribute and share. We have a voluntary motivational get together on a Monday morning and Stephanie often jumps in on this, waiting in the coffee line, or on the move in car. Stephanie is happy for me to impromptu interview her and extract market information, tricks and techniques she is employing, and attitudes and beliefs that she is using to get a sale or more a week and a listing count fractionally over this.
She is generous with her time and I know that has been a port of call for others in the team who have been struggling with a situation and need another perspective. I am particularly grateful that she has been available to those nervously looking at Independent Agent, and wondering if this is something for them.
So to answer the question, working with Stephanie, who has taken out the top RMA award for Northland is nothing but a pleasure, a master class in customer service, an example of the right attitude, which is all shown by her exceptional results. Congratulations Stephanie. Very well deserved!
