A little about me
As the Operations Manager at Independent Agent, Kim brings a multifaceted approach to ensuring the seamless functionality and efficiency of the company’s operations. Her role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities that are critical to the success and smooth running of the business.
Kim is dedicated to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures. By working closely with the management team, she helps shape strategic planning initiatives that align with business goals and enhance service delivery. Day to day, she works closely with our support team to ensure they are well-equipped to excel in their roles.
Communication is key in her position, and she regularly liaises with external stakeholders to maintain and build valuable relationships. Her overarching goal is to maintain and increase the efficiency of the company, ensuring that operations run smoothly and effectively.
Outside of work, Kim is passionate about swimming and occasionally participates in triathlons. As a mother of three young children, she enjoys balancing her professional life with family time. Music and singing are also significant parts of her life, providing a creative outlet and a source of joy.
Kim is committed to driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative, efficient work environment. Her multifaceted role and diverse skill set enable her to contribute effectively to the ongoing success of Independent Agent.
