I like working under my name rather than it all being about a corporate brand

I like working under my name rather than it all being about a corporate brand.  I have the flexibility to do things my way. Really enjoy not going into an office and being involved in petty squabbles. I feel I can offer a better, personal service to my clients. Very happy with my decision to join IA.
