Much greater work/life balance, support team is great once you get the hang of things it is much more simplified than at my last brokerage. The autonomy is fabulous – I’m working at my own pace on my long term goals. Less unnecessary interruptions and red tape. I’m less exhausted a weight was lifted off my shoulders after I left my old brokerage – the constant need for me to attend meetings, floor times, caravan was too much pressure. My goal is to slowly (not too slowly) but surely build my reputation in my chosen area and eventually be the agent that everyone calls when they think real estate – between being a mum, having a family business and having to show up at the Barfoots office I never actually had time to just focus on building my business and getting face to face with my customers. 
I’m able to tailor my approach to each vendor and I spend more time focusing on them.
If you’re past the stage of needing training & sick of bureaucracy this is the only way to go!!!
